Sun Peaks Resort

Sun Peaks is a beautiful mountain community with its shops, cafes and restaurants lining the ski run that passes right through the centre of the village.  It is the second largest ski area in Canada with 4,270 acres of skiable terrain spread over three mountains giving skiers and riders access to anything from deep steeps, long cruisers, glades and terrain parks covering 10 acres with distinct zones for all abilities.  New for 2018/19 is a four person chairlift providing improved mountain and east village ski-in/ski-out access.  Sun Peaks averages over 2000 hours of sunshine each year, providing many bluebird days and picture perfect views of the resort. There are many options for non-skiers to experience like dogsledding, tubing and ice fishing with a local guide.  Sun Peaks also boasts over 38 kilometres of impeccable groomed and track-set trails for the cross country skier, all easily accessible from the village.
