Corvara

Probably the best known resort in Alta Badia, Corvara is situated at 1568m in an extensive, sunny valley at the foot of the Sassongher massif.  With 130 kilometers of slopes this ski area suits every standard of skiing or snowboarding.  The historic village of Corvara is where Italy’s first chair lift was built in 1947 and where you can ski the Sella Ronda circuit.  This circuit consists of 40 kilometers of runs which you can do in just one day without ever having to take your skis off or riding the same slope twice.  A charming and unique ski holiday destination with high quality hotels and restaurants and a long and proud tradition of ski tourism.
