Tignes

The village of Tignes is one of the highest in Europe at 2070 metres, therefore ensuring reliable snow and it is well known for the variety of terrain it has to offer.  The lift systems are interconnected with Val D’Isere.  There are wonderful bowls on top of the mountains for intermediate skiers and boarders and the experts will never be disappointed as they will find some of the best powder skiing available in Europe due to the high altitude.  The Grande Monte Glacier provides good skiing all year round.
