Yong Pyong & Alpensia

Located approximately 200 kilometres from Seoul, Yong Pyong known as “Korea’s Ski Mecca”, has a growing reputation as a world class Ski Resort.  15 lifts and a 3.7 km Gondola allows easy access to the 29 kilometers of ski terrain on 31 groomed slopes.  All ability levels are catered for.  The resort has an abundance of slopeside hotels and condominiums, along with many leisure facilities.  Yong Pyong really has something to suit everyone and is the official skiing venue for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games.

A five minute shuttle ride away from YongPyong is Alpensia Ski Resort, Korea’s most luxurious alpine resort.  Alpensia’s seven gentle ski slopes are designed for beginners and intermediates to learn to ski.  For the experts, don’t forget Yong Pyong is not too far away.  The Village is filled with shops, restaurants and non-skiing activities with Korea’s largest water park, Ocean 700.
