The Gant Aspen
Located a short walk from the lifts and shops, this condo property is known for its outstanding service. All units are individually owned and decorated and range from standard, deluxe and premium in one, two and three bedrooms. This property also features an outdoor pool, saunas and hot tub. Their complimentary shuttle service can take you to the lifts, shops, restaurants, and bus stops for easy transfers to the other mountains.
Limelight Hotel Snowmass
Opened in 2018, Limelight Snowmass is one of our favourites for families. The hotel features an ice rink, climbing wall, outdoor heated spa pools and an outdoor fire pit. Its ski-in/ski-out location and complimentary ski concierge and storage makes getting on the slopes a breeze.
Limelight Hotel Aspen
Only a short stroll from Aspen Mountain and within walking distance to world-class dining, shopping and nightlife, Limelight Aspen features light and inviting guest rooms with textiles inspired by nature. The hotel’s vibrant après ski scene is a vibe – with S’mores, Limelight Beer Bucket, Family QT, outdoor pool & hot tubs.
The Crestwood Snowmass
This condominium hotel on the slopes of Snowmass Village has a great list of facilities such as three hot tubs, a heated pool and a slopeside ski shop. There are 124 condominiums ranging from one up to four bedrooms and all are well equipped with a fireplace, full kitchens and BBQ on the balcony.
Woodrun Place
One of our most popular properties in Snowmass Village, Woodrun Place is ski-in/ski-out and offers one, two, three and four bedroom condo and town home rentals on Fanny Hill . Each unit is designer decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and wood-burning fireplace.

Top of the Village
As the name implies, these condominiums are at the ‘Top of the Village’ in Snowmass and have ski-in/ski-out access to the Dawdler run. Each of the two, three or four bedroom condominiums has a full kitchen, fireplace, private balcony with BBQ and washer/dryer. Amenities include a well-equipped fitness room, outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
