Samoëns – Grand Massif
Samoëns is part of the Grand Massif ski area in the Haute-Savoie region, the fourth largest ski area in France, and is linked to four other resorts – Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. It offers more than 265 kilometres of runs, which are connected by a modern and efficient network of lifts. The area is suited for skiers and boarders of all levels with a good selection of green runs for beginners, blue for intermediate and some super black runs to challenge the most advanced skier. The village resort is renowned for its traditional stone masonry-based architecture with its old houses and a lively welcoming atmosphere.
