La Rosière

La Rosière

La Rosiere Club Med resort is in the famous upper Tarentaise Valley, 55 kilometres east of Albertville, sitting on the Italian border below the Petit Saint Bernard Pass. It is a high elevation ski area, beautifully situated on a sunny mountainside at 1850 metres and is known as the Valley’s snowiest resort. It has views across to Les Arc and La Plagne. A visit to La Rosiere ski resort is particularly worthwhile for families, with great wide-open areas, uncrowded slopes uncrowded and a lack of lift lines. La Rosiere is linked by lift with the excellent ski resort across the border in Italy. La Thuile has a nice range of north-aspect, steeper skiing and snowboarding options for more advanced freeriders.

Why La Rosière

Located in the famous Arlberg region and one of Austria’s highest ski resorts with a village elevation of 1,717 metres.

Great for families with mostly ski-in/ski-out accommodations and the Little Zürs Kids club for children from the age of two.

Unique in Austria, the Arlberg region is the only area where heli skiing is permitted, making this the ideal destination for the experienced freeriders.
