Known for its variety of restaurants, including two with Michelin stars, San Cassiano is a charming mountain village in Alta Badia. Accommodation ranges from quaint, family run B&Bs through to exclusive, high-end hotels. The pedestrian area boasts cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping to delight tourists and locals. The Alta Badia ski area offers 130 kilometres ski and snowboard joy with lunch spots in traditional mountain huts throughout to fuel up and soak in the panoramic views of the Dolomites. The Armentarola cross-country skiing centre is one of the largest in Europe, a paradise for the enthusiasts. The seven kilometre downhill toboggan run is a San Cassiano must do and favourite among visitors.
