WHY WE CAN’T WAIT TO GET BACK TO ASPEN
The Awesome Accommodation
Aspen offers a huge range of accommodation options from luxury resorts, to more modest condos and family-style lodgings. With so much to choose from, we recommend deciding which area you want to be in and going from there. For example, Aspen Town has great access to the gondola and all the dining and shopping offer, while Snowmass has ski-in, ski-out options which is great for families.
And one of our favourite places to stay is:
THE ST. REGIS ASPEN
Nestled at the base of Aspen Mountain, within walking distance to historic downtown, St Regis offers enviable proximity to the ski lifts and is a relaxing luxury retreat from which to explore all of Aspen’s family friendly outdoor activities. With warm, friendly service, authentic Colorado cuisine served across its fine dining restaurants, an award-winning spa and heated outdoor pool.
It’s about to get even bigger!
There are already four big mountains to explore on the one lift ticket but the Aspen Snowmass team is currently in the process of opening up 22% more skiable area on Aspen Mountain, and installing a brand-new, high-speed quad chair’.
This new ski area, Pandora’s, will be led with a whole systems approach, taking into acocunt environmental health, thriving communities, and of course – skier and snowboarder experience. The goal is for visitors to enjoy a more expansive mountain with less congestion and more powder to explore.
The Aprés Ski scene
Après ski in Aspen and Snowmass Village is treated as more than just something to do after a day of skiing and riding — it’s considered a lifestyle. Recognized by Conde Nast Traveler magazine as having the best après ski scene in North America, you’ll always find something new to enjoy each time you return.
